On arrival, a text message is sent to you notifying of our arrival asking you to come to the car.
Techs always wear a mask & gloves when onsite
After a short discussion at a distance Techs will get a brief from you about the issues you’re having with the a/c, then your able to leave us & we’ll do our stuff
Carrying out a diagnostics check & evaluate repairs required
Taking instruction as to whether you would like us to proceed with the repairs
Carry out the work to the A/C
Once complete, any internal surfaces contacted are wiped down with disinfectant before leaving site
Collect payment by either Cash or contactless EFTPOS. If eftpos sale is over $200 floor limit, eftpos surfaces are disinfectant wiped down prior to you proceeding with the transaction
